In the event of any suspicion that passwords have been accessed by individuals without the rightful authorization, it is requested that Betra nám be promptly notified. New passwords will be issued in such cases; failure to do so may result in Betra nám reserving the right to block access.

Canceling a subscription

The responsibility for terminating the subscription, which automatically renews every 30 days until expressly canceled, lies with the buyer. The buyer can effectuate the cancellation personally by accessing their account on the website and selecting the cancellation option. Alternatively, a cancellation request can be submitted via email to kolbeinn@betranam.is.

In compliance with GDPR regulations, users retain the right to request the deletion of their information, encompassing user registration details and mailing list subscriptions, through a separate process.

Money back guarantee

The purchaser is entitled to a refund for the course if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase or registration date, with no exceptions to this stipulation. Better Learning issues an email notification with each monthly renewal, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided email address during the registration process.
